    The analysis of archive land cadastral materials in the areas of French cadastral surveying

    The diploma thesis addresses and presents existing archival material concerning French\ud measurements in Slovenia which we obtained in The Archive of the Republic of Slovenia (Arhiv\ud Republike Slovenije). In the theoretical part of the research we presented the land cadastres\ud in the region before the French measurements and development of the French land surveying\ud in Europe and in Slovenia. In the research part of the diploma thesis we concentrated on\ud description and presentation of this land surveying in Slovenia, which took place in the period\ud of Illyrian provinces in the beginning of the 19th century. We presented the most interesting\ud facts and features of the French cadastre. In the end we compared the archival material of the\ud French cadastre with the Franciscan cadastre, which appeared soon after the French cadastre\ud and in many areas it replaced the French cadastre

    The aim of this diploma thesis is to presents the problem of dangerous rocks in municipality Straža. The rocks were set by the polar method of surveying and calculated the average positional accuracy of the detailed points. The thesis also contains various displays of rocks and the transverse profile of the terrain. An analysis was done with program RockfallNET, which gives as result protection of forest against falling rocks

First it is necessary to make the geodetic plan, the development of geodetic net and\ud preparation of parcels for construction. Based on the project documentation and the building permit,\ud the buildings and objects of economical public infrastructure are marked out. At the end the geodetic\ud works after construction are described which includes making geodetic plan and technical\ud documentation

    V diplomski nalogi je opisana izmera mreže Plaz na odlagališču Boršt rudnika Žirovski vrh. Mreža je namenjena opazovanju stabilnosti odlagališča. V izmeri je uporabljen precizen instrumentarij, ki zagotavlja zahtevano pod milimetrsko natančnost. Predstavljene so teoretične osnove uporabljenih metod izmere in obdelave. Opisan je postopek in rezultati obdelave meritev. Obdelane meritve so bile izravnane z uporabo posredne izravnave po metodi najmanjših kvadratov. Rezultati so prikazani grafično in tabelarično. Izvedena je bila tudi simulacija izboljšave mreže.This graduation thesis describes measurement of geodetic network Plaz, located on disposal site Boršt at mine Žirovski vrh. Network is being measured for purpose of monitoring disposal site\u27s stability. Precise instrumentation was used for measurements, which allows achieving demanded below-millimeter accuracy. Theoretic foundations of used methods of measurements and measurement processing are described. The procedure and results of measurement processing are presented. Processed measurements were adjusted using least square parametric adjustment method. The results are presented graphically and with tables. Simulaton of geodetic network improvemet was also executed

    Ortodroma in loksodroma sta krivulji na Zemlji, katere obliko obravnavamo kot kroglo. Ortodroma je del velikega kroga in predstavlja najkrajšo razdaljo med točkama. Loksodroma je od ortodrome daljša, vendar meridiane seka pod enakim kotom, zato pri gibanju ni potrebno spreminjati smeri gibajočega se objekta. V diplomski nalogi predstavljamo značilnosti krivulj in postopke numeričnega reševanja situacij na posameznih krivuljah. Kot rezultat naloge predstavljamo program v okolju MATLAB, ki ob vnosu geografskih koordinat dveh poljubnih krajev na Zemlji izračuna koordinate krajev na ortodromi in loksodromi ter omogoča vizualizacijo rešitev na karti Mercatorjeve projekcije in v Google Earth-u.Great circle and rhumb line are the curves on Earth, whose shape is treated as a sphere. Great circle is a part of a large circle and represents the shortest distance between the points. Rhumb line is longer than the great circle, but it crosses every meridian under the same angle, so meanwhile moving, direction change of the moving object is not needed. In the graduation thesis we present the characteristics of the curves and procedures of numerical solving for the situations on individual curves. As a result of the task, we present a program in the MATLAB environment, which, when entering the geographical coordinates of any two places on Earth, calculates the coordinates of places on the great circle and rhumb line, and allows the visualization of results on the Mercator projection map and in Google Earth

    The purpose of this thesis is to create transverse profiles of Glinščica and a topographic map of the\ud situation after completion of construction work in the area of new buildings at the University of\ud Ljubljana, Faculty of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering and the Faculty of Computer Science and\ud Informatics. For the purpose of the measurements a geodetic network was established. The points of the\ud geodetic network were recorded by GNSS measurement. The topographic survey was carried out by a\ud classic terrestrial measurement. In order to obtain the altitude data, the method of trigonometric levelling\ud was carried out as well as a connection to the city first order levelling network. The processing of the\ud acquired data, the results of levelling and final topographic view and transverse profiles are all presented\ud and shown in the present thesis. The land survey plan is made in the program GeoPro and serves to show\ud the situation after the work carried out in the area. On the river, transverse profiles were obtained to get\ud altitudes on the basis of which the line of the level is defined. An analysis of the accuracy of the altitude\ud presentation was also carried out

    Glavni namen diplomske naloge je bil določiti koordinate točk geodetske mreže Vrtine-2 na odlagališču Boršt rudnika Žirovski vrh. Gre za izmero v letu 2019. Rezultate te izmere lahko primerjamo s predhodnimi izmerami in računamo morebitne premike točk na odlagališču. Za določitev koordinat smo izvedli precizno klasično terestrično geodetsko izmero z upoštevanjem vseh zahtev za dosego največje možne natančnosti. Merske vrednosti smo predhodno obdelali in jih pripravili za izravnavo po metodi najmanjših kvadratov. Izvedli smo ločeno horizontalno in višinsko izravnavo. Rezultati so izravnane položajne koordinate (y, x) ter višine (H) z visoko stopnjo natančnosti, kar je bil tudi cilj naloge.The main purpose of the diploma thesis was to determine the coordinates of the points in the geodetic network Vrtine-2 at the Borš landfill of the mine Rudnik Žirovski vrh. This is a measurement in 2019. The results of this measurement can be compared with the previous measurements and potential displacements of points in the landfill can be computed. To determine the coordinates, we performed a precise classical terrestrial geodetic survey, taking into account all the requirements to achieve the highest possible precision. The measurements were preprocessed and prepared for the least squares adjustment. We made horizontal and height adjustment separately. The results are the adjusted horizontal coordinates (y, x) and the height (H) with a high degree of precisions, which was also the goal of the task

    Analysis of calculated volumes with various software packages

    In surveying, volume calculating is commonly used. Frequently we use cross-section method. Usually terestrical method is used to determine characteristic points of crosssections. Observations we make on field need to be processed in software packages in order to calculate volume of an object. The calculated volumes may vary depending on the density of measured cross-sections and selection of software package. In this thesis, we compared the course of processing in software packages and volume differences, which we obtained using different software packages and different density of measured cross-sections

    V diplomski nalogi je predstavljena izdelava aplikacije za tablične računalnike, ki nam omogoča tehnično podporo za odločanje pri katastrskih opravilih na terenu. Funkcionalnost aplikacije smo preizkusili na realnem primeru, pri čemer se je aplikacija izkazala kot zelo uporabna, vendar pa so se pokazale tudi določene slabosti uporabe aplikacije. V nalogi sta podrobneje opisana programa GeoPRO in QGIS, ter sama izdelava aplikacije in njen preizkus na terenu. Predstavljen je tudi geografski informacijski sistem (GIS), njegova mobilna uporaba in tablični računalniki. Na koncu so predstavljene možnosti uporabe izbranih slojev.In diploma thesis we presented the creation of application for the Tablet PC, which allows us the technical support for decisions support in cadastral field operation. The functionality of the application has been tested in the field case study and we got positive response results, but some weaknesses has also appeared. In the thesis, there are (in details) described programmes Geo PRO and QGIS and the process of making the application and particulary the results of its use on the field. The information system (GIS) and its mobil use and the Tablet PC is also presented. Finally, there are presented the possibilities to use selected layers

    This bachelor thesis presents INSPIRE directive, which claims that EU members define time implement spatial data as it is defined in its data specification. It contains an overview of the current state of spatial data in Germany and Slovenia, which includes coordination structure of both countries, spatial data sets and its managers. There are two current examples of implementing the rules described and those are »Coordinate reference systems« and »Hydrography«. The comparison of implementing the rules of INSPIRE directive between Slovenia and Germany is made for above mentioned examples
